Product orders will be mailed out within 3-4 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information once USPS has received your package from us.

Orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail with Insurance and a tracking number.

We are constantly striving to create an environment founded in excellence, quality, and most importantly – the safety of our clients. For this reason, we cannot accept skincare product returns (with exception to clear defects in packaging or product) once your purchase has been completed. Once a sterile medication or product leaves the Acne Clinic (where CSLA Skincare products ship from), it cannot be returned for a refund. Products cannot be re-sold.
