Shipping Info

  • Product orders will be mailed out within 3-4 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information once USPS has received your package from us.

    • If you have not received this email after 4 business days, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still haven't received it, please reach out to us via email at info@correctiveskincarela.com.

  • Orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail with Insurance and a tracking number.

  • We currently do not ship internationally.⁣⁣

  • Please keep an eye on your shipment - products should not sit in the heat for too long.⁣

Return & Order Policies

  • We are constantly striving to create an environment founded in excellence, quality, and most importantly – the safety of our clients. For this reason, we cannot accept skincare product returns (with exception to clear defects in packaging or product) once your purchase has been completed. Once a sterile medication or product leaves the Acne Clinic (where CSLA Skincare products ship from), it cannot be returned for a refund. ⁣⁣⁣Products cannot be re-sold. ⁣⁣⁣

  • CSLA Skincare highly encourages receiving advice from a physician or licensed esthetician prior to using any products purchased from our online store. If you are unsure of what products would be best for you, we highly recommend booking a Virtual Consultation prior to buying our products.

  • CSLA Skincare assumes no liability for any harm as a result of using our products. Please read all product descriptions and product warnings prior to purchase and/or any product application.
