Our Story
Born out of Jennifer Kramer's desire to help her clients achieve clear, healthy skin at her former Acne Clinic, Corrective Skincare LA — and now at her newest clinic, Clear Skin OC in Orange County — CSLA Skincare®'s acne-safe skincare products have been used and loved by tens of thousands of clients since the 1990s.
Jennifer now focuses exclusively on CSLA Skincare and her in-person clinic, Clear Skin OC, working closely with her local Southern California chemist to create products made in small batches, ensuring efficacy and potency.
CSLA Skincare products are never tested on animals and are suitable for all Fitzpatrick skin types.

The Story Behind the Formulas
Many know Jennifer Kramer as the founder of Corrective Skincare, the acne clinic she built and led for nearly three decades. After selling the clinic, she shifted her primary focus to CSLA Skincare® — the professional product line she developed alongside a dedicated chemist to perform in real clinical environments, not just sit beautifully on a shelf.
Jennifer’s journey began at 18, when she finally experienced real progress at an acne clinic in Santa Barbara. What changed everything wasn’t just treatment — it was education. Understanding how skin functions transformed her confidence and ultimately her career.
In the early 1990s, she apprenticed under James E. Fulton, Jr., M.D., Ph.D., co-inventor of Vitamin A Acid (Retin-A), Benzoyl Peroxide Gel, and topical Erythromycin — innovations that reshaped modern acne treatment. His mentorship cemented her commitment to evidence-based, results-driven care.
Early guidance from “Lady Dee,” a respected Nigerian esthetician and Beverly Hills business owner, further strengthened her dedication to safe, effective treatment for darker skin tones — a principle that remains central to her work today.
For more than 30 years, Jennifer has worked at the intersection of science, education, and measurable results. CSLA Skincare formulas have been used and trusted by tens of thousands of clients since the 1990s and continue to grow through e-commerce and select wholesale partnerships.
